Scott has been in the fitness industry for 22 years as a personal trainer and six of those years as a CrossFit Coach. With experience and many tools in his tool box, he helps individuals reach their goals and overcome obstacles. He immensely enjoys training people of all ages. Everything from the weekend warriors to the high school athletes for performance.
