At CrossFit Off The Green we provide a small community environment where your skills and fitness can thrive. With classes 6 days a week, monthly community and charity events, we strive to bring a positive light to the Upper Valley area.

Hey guys! I am here to help you have the best hour of your day! Olympic lifts and fast intervals are my favorite Crossfit things! but I also enjoy Ice cream on the beach! Cant wait to meet you and help you along your Fitness Journey.

Hey everyone, who doesn't like a good laugh while getting more fit!  I will be your partner in fitness and help you achieve your goals. I also enjoy a craft beer on the weekends! Let me know your favorite brewery.

I’ve been enjoying CrossFit since 2017. I’ve received training in the Pose Running Method and am certified as a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and CrossFit Kids Trainer. I believe fitness is a journey that is possible for anyone at any age and I look forward to working with you!
